Client FAQs

Everything you need to know before booking with QDOS.

Are QDOS tickets official?

Yes. All tickets supplied by QDOS are official, and our 100% money-back guarantee covers every booking.

What does the QDOS 100% money-back guarantee mean?

If we’re unable to provide the tickets or experience you’ve booked, you’ll receive a full refund.

When do I pay for my booking?

Payment is generally required in full at the time of booking. We only accept bookings against confirmed availability, so we can secure your experience with certainty from the outset.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once payment has been received, we’ll send you an official booking confirmation by email confirming your event and booking details.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are usually issued 1–5 days before the event. Event organisers often release tickets close to event day to help prevent fraud and duplication. We’ll keep you updated throughout and make sure you have everything you need before the event.

How will I receive my tickets?

Most events now use mobile or digital tickets, although some may require physical tickets, app transfers or venue collection. We’ll confirm exactly how your tickets will be delivered and provide any instructions you need.

Can I cancel my booking?

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you’re no longer able to attend, speak to your QDOS contact. Where possible, we’ll always try to help, but resale or transfer cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?

If an event is postponed, your booking will normally remain valid for the rescheduled date. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we’ll contact you directly regarding your booking and the options available.
