Terms & Conditions
1. About QDOS
QDOS Hospitality ("QDOS", "we", "our", "us") is an independent provider of official event tickets, premium access and VIP experiences for major sporting, music and cultural events worldwide.
QDOS acts as an intermediary between clients and event suppliers, including event organisers, promoters, venues, hospitality providers and official ticketing providers.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings may be made via our website, email, telephone or messaging platforms.
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking becomes confirmed once full payment has been received, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing, and written booking confirmation has been issued by QDOS.
We only accept bookings against confirmed availability. Prices and availability remain subject to change until payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by QDOS.
Once confirmed, you will receive written confirmation of your booking by email.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment is generally required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certain events may operate dynamic pricing models controlled by organisers, promoters, venues or official ticketing providers. As a result, prices may change at short notice before confirmation.
Any applicable taxes or charges will be clearly communicated as part of the booking.
4. Official Tickets & QDOS Money-Back Guarantee
All event tickets supplied by QDOS are official.
Our 100% money-back guarantee covers all confirmed bookings.
If QDOS is unable to fulfil your confirmed booking and no suitable alternative is agreed with you, we will refund 100% of the amount paid to QDOS for the affected booking.
The guarantee does not apply where a booking cannot be used due to circumstances attributable to the client, including failure to attend, travel disruption, failure to meet entry requirements or loss of tickets after delivery.
Event cancellation, postponement and rescheduling are dealt with separately under Section 8.
5. Ticket Delivery
Tickets are typically issued 1–5 days before the event, although timings vary depending on the event, organiser and venue.
Event organisers frequently release tickets close to event day as part of measures designed to prevent fraud, duplication and unauthorised resale.
Most tickets are now delivered digitally or via an official event or venue app. Some events may require physical tickets, ticket transfers, accreditation or collection at the venue.
QDOS will provide the relevant delivery or collection information as soon as it becomes available and will ensure clients receive the information required to access the event.
6. Cancellations by Clients
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you are unable to attend an event after your booking has been confirmed, QDOS may, where possible, assist with a transfer or resale. Any such assistance is entirely at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
A request to reduce the number of guests after confirmation will be treated as a cancellation in respect of those places and will remain non-refundable.
Requests for additional tickets, upgrades or changes to a booking will be accommodated where possible and may be subject to revised pricing and availability.
7. Ticket Categories, Seating & Hospitality
Your booking confirmation will specify the ticket category, hospitality package or experience purchased.
Event organisers, promoters and venues may subsequently make changes to seating layouts, ticket categories, hospitality arrangements or venue configurations outside QDOS’s control.
Seat maps, venue layouts and location imagery are provided as guidance and may be subject to change.
Unless specific seat numbers or rows have been expressly confirmed in writing, exact seat positions cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Where an organiser, promoter or venue makes a material change to the category or package booked, QDOS will work with the relevant supplier to provide the closest appropriate alternative available.
If QDOS itself is unable to provide the confirmed category or experience, the QDOS Money-Back Guarantee set out in Section 4 will apply.
8. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Changes
Event dates, start times, participants, line-ups, venues and formats may be changed by event organisers, promoters or venues.
Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, your booking will normally remain valid for the rescheduled event unless otherwise determined by the organiser.
Where an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, any refund or credit will be processed in accordance with the terms and refund policy of the relevant event organiser or supplier.
QDOS will manage and facilitate this process on your behalf.
QDOS is not responsible for changes made by event organisers, promoters or venues but will communicate material updates to clients as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
All bookings remain subject to cleared funds.
In the event of a payment reversal, dispute or chargeback, QDOS reserves the right to suspend ticket delivery, hospitality access or fulfilment of the relevant booking while the matter is investigated or resolved.
Where tickets or services have already been supplied, QDOS reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover any outstanding amount.
10. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
Once tickets have been issued or transferred to the client, the client is responsible for keeping them secure.
QDOS cannot accept responsibility for tickets that are lost, stolen, deleted, damaged or otherwise made inaccessible after successful delivery or transfer.
Where possible, we will assist in liaising with the relevant organiser or ticketing provider, but replacement cannot be guaranteed.
11. Travel, Accommodation & Client Responsibilities
Unless expressly included and confirmed in writing as part of your QDOS booking, clients are responsible for arranging their own flights, accommodation, visas, passports, travel insurance, transportation and other personal travel requirements.
Where accommodation, transportation, experiences or other travel-related services are expressly included within a QDOS package, the specific inclusions will be detailed in your booking confirmation or itinerary.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, health, age and entry requirements applicable to their destination and event.
QDOS is not liable for travel disruption, missed flights or connections, denied entry or other third-party costs outside the services expressly included within the confirmed QDOS booking.
12. Client Conduct & Venue Requirements
Clients and their guests must comply with the rules, regulations and conditions of entry imposed by the relevant organiser, promoter or venue.
This may include requirements relating to identification, dress codes, prohibited items, mobile ticketing, age restrictions and supporter or team colours.
QDOS cannot accept responsibility where admission is refused, or a client is removed from an event as a result of failing to comply with applicable venue or event rules.
13. Force Majeure
QDOS shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation, acts of God, extreme weather, government action or restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics, transport disruption, venue closures or other events outside QDOS’s reasonable control.
Where such circumstances affect an event, QDOS will work with the relevant organiser or supplier to communicate the available options to clients.
14. Liability
QDOS acts as an intermediary between clients and event suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QDOS’s liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid to QDOS for the relevant booking.
QDOS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or for travel, accommodation or other third-party expenses except where those services have been expressly included within the confirmed QDOS booking and the loss arises from QDOS’s failure to provide those services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or a QDOS booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
